‘Drop In’ 4-Pack

Purchase 4 Saturday or Sunday workshops for $90 (10% off the regular price) and mix and match with either Art or Drama!

Multi Medium Art Workshop – Weekends (4 yrs +)
Saturdays alternating with Sundays 10:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
$25/drop-off workshop (enrollment required if you choose to return), or $135 if registered for 6 weeks

Young Art Studio – After School (5 – 8 yrs)
Thursdays 4:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
$135 for 6 weeks; $180 for 8 weeks (pre-registration required)
Art Studio for Bigger Kids – After School (8 – 13 yrs)
Tuesdays 4:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
$135 for 6 weeks; $180 for 8 weeks (pre-registration required)

Drama & Music Theatre Workshop – Weekends (4 yrs +)
Saturdays alternating with Sundays 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
$25/drop-off workshop (enrollment required if you choose to return), or $135 if registered for 6 weeks

Early Drama/Drama & Improv - After School (4 – 7 yrs)
Tuesdays 4:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
$200 to $280 per term, depending on number of weeks (pre-registration required)

The Magic of Theatre (Theatre & Art) - After School (5 – 8 yrs)
Thursdays 4:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
$200 to $280 per term, depending on number of weeks (pre-registration required)

Radiant Child Yoga - After School (4 – 8 yrs)
Wednesdays 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Start date any Wednesday; $84 /6 wks
Yoga for Kids - After School (9 – 13 yrs)
Thursdays 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Start date any Thursday; $84 /6 wks

Fees

  • Fees do not include 13% H.S.T.
  • Fees must be paid in full upon registration
  • All fees include the cost of materials, unless special materials are required
  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque or via email money transfer
  • Cheques should be made payable to ‘The Centre For Art & Soul’

Registration

  • Registration may be done by form or in person at the space during class times, or by phone or snail mail
  • A yearly, registration fee of $25 is required at time of registration. Our year runs from September – August. All fees (including post-dated cheques) must be received with registration. A $25 charge will be added to any NSF cheque. The registration fee must be renewed each new school year (Sept. to June)
  • We will notify you by phone or email to confirm your registration
  • Classes are limited to 10-12 kids – depending on class or teacher
  • Late registration may occur up to the second class in any session and will include the relevant fee less the class missed up to that point

Deposits for Birthdays & Camps

  • We ask for $150 deposit when booking a birthday party & $100 deposit when registering for camps to reserve a spot
  • If your child is sick, you can call up to 24 hours before a birthday party to reschedule, according to our availability
  • Participants cancelling 1 week prior to the date will be refunded their deposit, less a $30 administration fee. Beyond this date all deposits are non-refundable

All classes at The Centre are drop-off programs. We are in the process of creating a walk-over program after school. If there are specific concerns, please advise.

Refund and Cancellations

  • If enrollment is limited, classes may be cancelled, postponed, or substituted. We will notify you one week prior if there is a change and will provide a full refund if requested
  • Students may cancel without penalty two weeks prior to the start of a session
  • Less than two weeks prior to start date, an administration fee of $25 will be charged, and the remainder of fees will be refunded
  • Notice of cancellation must be in writing
  • Absence from class does not constitute notice of withdrawal
  • Students who wish to withdraw after the second class will be charged for those classes plus the administration fee of $25
  • No refunds or credits after the third class or for classes missed due to lateness, absence, or inability to participate for any reason

Missed classes

  • The Centre For Art & Soul is not responsible for missed classes. We do not schedule make-up classes for scheduled studio closures or student absences. Teachers should be informed in advance if students will be absent or late. In the case of art workshops, exceptions may be made and it’s possible a student may be able to substitute the missed class with another (upon discretion of the instructors and management).
  • Our staff is made up of industry professionals. We may schedule substitute teachers if staff members are absent due to professional obligations

Clothing

  • Art smocks are not provided. Please ensure students are dressed appropriately for art workshops (in old clothing)
  • Loose and comfortable clothing is required for yoga and performance art classes

Snacks

  • Snacks are not provided by The Centre for Art & Soul, unless specified
  • Gum, food and drink are not permitted in the studio (bottled water only), unless otherwise specified
  • Due to serious allergies, products that contain nuts and/or peanuts will not be permitted

The Centre For Art & Soul reserves the right to use photographic material for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not want to have The Centre For Art & Soul use these images, please let us know.

Privacy Policy

The Centre For Art & Soul only collects Personal Information that you submit voluntarily on the Registration Forms, or info email. Such Personal Information is collected for the sole purpose of adding your information to our mailing list in order to provide you with publications, promotions, updates and invitations to events that may be of interest to you. By providing The Centre For Art & Soul with Personal Information on these portions of the Site, you consent to the collection and use of such information in accordance with this privacy statement. The Centre For Art & Soul does not disclose Personal Information to any third parties, except as required by law.

We collect aggregate information web site traffic – for example, what pages consumers access or visit. This statistical information is used for internal review and to improve the content of our web site. It is not shared with any other organizations for commercial purposes. We do not set any cookies. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
